Can you believe how quickly this year is flying by? Hard to believe next year is 2020. As we zoom into, and through, the holidays, I’m going to try to keep things lite here. Let’s face it, the holidays are already jam packed with emotions, for everyone. So, for the rest of the year, unless something huge happens in my life (like I win the lottery I never play 😉), I’m just going to share some quick reflective thoughts.
Today’s thought (feel free to just ponder or share your thoughts in the comments).
What do you consider your greatest strength? If you’re not feeling very strong right now, check out this site full of lists of strengths, you might find you’re much stronger than you feel.
What’s mine? After some deliberation I’m going with patience, but it’s probably tied with compassion.
Thank you for stopping in today! Sending you big hugs, oodles of energy, and the patience of a saint as you make your way through the holiday season. A few more of my doodles.
I WISH I could say patience was one of my strengths, lol! As always, I love your artwork Mishka! Your paintings always make me smile.

I’d say compassion and kindness and creativity for you, Mishka. And that’s just the start of your strengths!
I think I have a lot of patience in some ways, but for many things lately my patience seems stretched quite thin. I’m not sure what my greatest strength would be. I don’t feel I really have any. I’ll need to work on that next year. Can’t believe this year is nearly over, I feel like I’ve not been ‘here’ for a lot of it.
Beautiful art as always. That little panda steals my heart! And the pomegranate crown.. 😂 Brilliant!
Have a restful weekend lovely xx

Thank you for your kindness, which is definitely a strength of yours! Your writing is also a strength. Nothing tests ones patience and core strength like chronic illness. When the body isn’t cooperating it often feels like the straw that broke the camels back, and yet we march on. That in and of itself takes incredible strength. I think you’re very strong for dealing with all that you do and infusing humor into it all. You might be thinking what choice do I have, but you have many, and I admire your wisdom and outlook. 🌸

That’s such a lovely prompt, Mishka. I think organisation/research is one of my greatest strengths – I’m pretty good at finding and distilling information until it makes sense to me.

Thank you, and from what I’ve seen on here (when you share things you’ve come across) that is absolutely a strength of yours! Your infusion of humor in your writing is also a strength I find enjoyable! 😊
