At our home, over the past few years, Tuesday’s have been referred to, humorously, as blog Tuesday. Several years ago, actually three in July, I started to blog, specifically on Tuesdays. I know myself well enough to know if I didn’t set strict parameters (one specific day in the week), I’d eventually stop posting. Don’t get me wrong, I have lots, and I do mean LOTS, to share, but writing it down and sharing it with the blogosphere takes a LOT out of me. Most times I drag myself through the process because the energy just isn’t there. With all that in mind my blog has taken many twists and turns. The difference between only blogging when you have a great post to share, versus sharing some of the good, bad, and the ugly because you blog no matter what, once a week, creates a different type of space. For those of you adventurous folks that still pop in from time to time, I really appreciate that because you truly never know what you’re going to get. Some of my blog posts are a couple sentences with a few photos (on my more challenging chronic illness days) and some of them provide chronic illness advocacy, or adulting tidbits I learn along the way, but they all end with my silly little doodles. It’s been a fun journey and I don’t foresee it stopping anytime soon. My health has been heading in the wrong direction this year so my posts have admittedly been rather lackluster, but hopefully things will turn around with my health (I mean we all can dream) and my posts will pick back up steam. Thank you for stopping in today! Hoping wherever you are and whatever you’re doing, it’s been a peaceful day. 🌸 See ya next Tuesday!
